一對一正念教練課程
1:1 Mindfulness Coaching Session

在一對一正念教練指導課中(一小時,透過線上視訊通話或於灣仔工作室進行),主要分為兩個部分:
1)諮詢和分享(約 15-30 分鐘)
與一般的正念課程不同,一對一體驗將完全根據您當天的身心狀態而定,旨在讓課程最適合您。想像這是一場與您信任的朋友的閒聊,您可以分享最近的經歷,讓教練設計個性化的內容。請記住,您完全可以決定要與教練分享多少資訊,因為您擁有自己的隱私!這也有利於您在安全的情況下繼續與教練練習。
2)量身定制的正念休息(35-45 分鐘)
在閒聊之後,教練會立即提出一項正念練習。這項引導冥想的內容是專業定制的,旨在幫助您將練習融入日常生活,並充分利用它。練習後將進行 5 分鐘的詢問環節,鼓勵您分享練習後的感想和感受。

In the 1:1 mindfulness session (1hour via virtual video call/ in person in Wan Chai studio), there will be mainly 2 parts:
1) consultation and sharing (~15-30mins)
Unlike a normal mindfulness class, the 1:1 experience will be fully based on your state of mind that day, which aims to make the session work best for you. Imagine this is a chitchat with your trusted friends, you’re encouraged to share how you going through your recent experiences so the Mindfulness Coach can design a personalized content. Please bear in mind it is totally up to you to share how much information with me because you own your privacy! It’s also good for you to continue practice with the Mindfulness Coach with security.
2) tailored mindfulness break (35-45mins)
After the chitchat, the Mindfulness Coach will immediately propose a mindfulness practice. This guided meditation’s content is professionally tailored which aims to help you merge the practice into your daily life and make the most out of it. The practice will be followed by a 5mins enquiry session which you’re encouraged to share your thoughts and feelings after the practice.
