Some Random Rituals—故名思義是隨機出現的小儀式。儀式感往往將體驗昇華,聽下去好像要花很多時間才能實行,而其實最適合自己的儀式早就藏在那些隨意得像隨機出現的生活細節當中,陪伴自己繼續向前。而每個人都有不一樣的、最適合自己的小儀式,正等待被我們發掘。

「將正念融入生活 擁抱獨一無二的你」

以正念﹙Mindfulness﹚靜觀有意識地覺察自己的想法,繼而深入認識自己,發掘出日常中不經意的小習慣,了解平時被我們忽略了的自我慈悲小祕技,為自己設計出獨一無二的自我療癒小儀式。

Some Random Rituals – The rituals that exist unconsciously. Rituals always elevate our sensory experience to a whole new level. They can sound unrealistic to be practiced, yet the best rituals are the ones come up randomly in our daily life. The best rituals of ourselves are our loyal company to be discovered.

Live mindfully, embrace the unique YOU.

Mindfulness techniques are practiced to consciously observe our actions and thoughts and know ourselves deeply. Through mindfulness, we try to discover and design our rituals to self-care and self-healing from our unconscious habits.

在漫漫人生中,你有沒有問過自己:為什麼我會出現在世界上?我為了什麼而活?在痛苦的時刻,我們或會失去方寸,有很多個「為什麼」在腦海中浮現。即使問題或痛苦的感覺會隨着時間而漸去漸遠,但心中的疑問還是會在稍不留神時偷襲思潮。

你察覺到嗎?終究你還是撐過去了,即使心結依然在。在一堆凌亂的思緒中,原來有那麼一絲思緒帶領你繼續前行-那一個或許你沒有察覺到的念頭,就是你的人生中一直不離不棄的最忠實伙伴。

這個念頭可以是:在心裏對自己說「撐住!」、想起家人的溫暖、給自己買杯喜愛的咖啡、放假與朋友郊遊、在家裏休息放空、看一套電影…這些看似隨機出現的行動或想法,其實是我們的潛意識想要安慰我們的小小儀式,支持着我們繼續走下去。

你或者會說:我好像真的沒有這些「讓自己好過點的行動…」不要緊,嘗試由今天起多留意自己的一舉一動,在生活細節中細心發掘,總有一天你會看見這個默默耕耘的「自己」!

這些小行動、想法,其實都是我們最率性而行的小儀式,這個關愛自己的「我」,就像那個看似痛苦的「我」一樣如影隨行,只是有時我們忘了原來我們有關愛自己的一面而已。

靈感 Inspiration

Have you ever asked yourself: Why do I exist in this world? What am I living for? These questions just pop up in your mind naturally and it’s easy to get lost when we are experiencing moments of suffering. The questions root deep inside your heart, although the feelings and sufferings they leave you may fade away.

Eventually, your life goes on, with lots of chaos thoughts in your mind. However, can you recognize just one small but powerful thought that keeps you going? This little thought is hard to be spotted, but it’s your loyal partner that never leaves you alone.

This little thought could be: cheering up oneself in mind, caring from family, buying oneself a favourite coffee, going on an outing with friends, doing nothing staying at home, watching a movie… these actions or thoughts seem to be unconsciously, yet they are actually the little rituals we need to support ourselves.

You may think: I don’t feel like I have any of these self-care thoughts… Don’t worry, why don’t you try to be aware of your thoughts and actions from today? You may unveils the other side of YOU from small things in your daily life.

All these small physical and mind acts are our secret rituals. Just like the suffering YOU, this self-caring YOU who are someone we tend to forget is being with you side by side.

導師小故事

這是一個因正念而改變人生航道的故事-由跨國集團的市場營銷人員變身為正念導師

在剛升上大學時,選了極主流的工商管理學系,一心只想在畢業後做一份在旁人眼中的理想職業,努力工作爭取表現穩扎地拾級而上。由於對奢侈品、時裝和化妝品特別感興趣,在學期間一直很努力累積相關工作經驗,而畢業後也很理所當然地在理想的領域發展,也加入了很多人夢寐以求的公司。我努力工作為生意帶來增長,上司都會加許我的表現。

奇怪的是,即使在工作上有成就感,但我沒有得到滿足感,甚至有罪惡感。

於是我在心裏不停問自己:到底我出了什麼問題?是我有哪些地方表現得不好嗎?是因為工作壓力大嗎?像很多人一樣,當心中有一個問題時,自然會想找解決方法。

自大學起在網上很隨機地認識到正念,然後慢慢透過靜觀將自己從混亂的思緒中返回當下的時刻,理性地與自己的內心展開對話。最後我得到的回應是:我希望跟我一樣在人生迷失的朋友分享正念的感動。因為正念為我的身心帶來徹底轉變,我繼續進修學習更多關於正念的理論、實踐,立志成為正念自我慈悲導師,希望有緣相遇的你能一同感受正念、自我關懷為生活帶來的轉化。
